The Medieval Earthworks of South and South-East Leicestershire
This book by Robert F Hartley is the last in his great series on the medieval earthworks of Leicestershire which has been slowly published since the 1980’s and which has just been published. All three sections (Lutterworth, Market Harborough and Billesdon) are now complete and we are pleased to report that Emeritus Professor Christopher Dyer has written the Foreword. Please contact us if you wish to be sent further details. Cost will be £10 plus £3.50 post and packaging. Book will also be available from Aucott & Thomas, internet booksellers at www.aucott.com It is also available from Amazon and ABE books www.Abebooks.co.uk but please note the price is slightly higher as they take quite a hefty percentage of the sale. We keep our prices low but this book, due to its colour inserts, did cost more to produce.
